Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Contract for the supply of a Speech and Language Therapy service to work as part of the Speech and language in Education Team - an education team who support children with speech, language and communication needs in mainstream schools in Blackburn with Darwen. This team of three advisory teachers and three special support assistants is part of the council's Special Educational Needs and Disability Support Service.
