This framework relates to the maintenance and servicing of small tools and plant which is owned by the Environment Agency. Typically, this equipment is used by Ops Delivery and their Field Teams in their day to day activities, which includes reactive and planned repair and maintenance works. This process supercedes a previous process where an OJEU procedure was undertaken but was unsuccessful in providing a satisfactory solution.
