description
Tenders are invited for the supply of services in respect of new fencing and Landscape re-modelling. The successful Service Provider will be responsible for providing this service, liaising closely with the Contract Manager Kevin Reed. The Council's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification . The site to be fenced and landscaped extends to approximately 2.22 Acres and is located to the rear of Derby City Bus Station and is bounded by the River Derwent to the rear and St Alkmunds Way to the east. The works will require the site to be cleared of rubbish, old hoarding removed, new fencing and remodelling of the enclosed ground to provide a pleasing appearance and topsoil and seed with wild flowers a designated area.
