Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (2016 edition)

The Trust's preferred option is for one contractor to deliver the works across both Lots (1 & 2) by 31 March 2022. However, each Lot will be individually evaluated and bidders can submit for both Lots, or individual Lots.
