The overall aims and objectives of this project are:
- To gain insight into employers’ customer experiences of using the easement.
- To explore experiences about their move to reporting in real time, what challenges they may have faced and if relevant how they overcame them.
- To find out what employers understand about the ending of the temporary easement and what guidance and support they may need to be able to report in real time.
