The service will be accessible to people that are sedentary and also have a health condition in line with NICE public health guidance (PH54). Walking Away from Diabetes - will offer a validated 3 to 4 hour educational programme and an accurate pedometer and step challenge intervention. The provider will be expected to provide all elements of the service modalities as one service.
