description
Wyre Forest District Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified selling agents to assist the council with advice on timescales for marketing the Stourport Sports Centre site. Advice will also be sought on practical matters such as the requirement to provide a cleared site or not and provide insight into likely uses for the site and any methods for disposal.
A new leisure centre is currently being built for the district and is due to be completed by the Summer of 2016, the current sites will become obsolete once the new centre is opened to the public.
