GBSLEP is looking to work with an organisation who has a proven track record of experience in recruiting senior Non-Executive Director roles of the highest standards, ideally in high profile organisations.

The recruiter will be expected to deliver the following service:

• oRefine person specification, as necessary, with GBSLEP executive team
• oIdentify and contact candidates to ascertain interest
• oPromote appeal and opportunities of role to contacted candidates
• oAscertain candidates enthusiasm for and likely dedication to role
• oProvide a longlist of potential candidates. Where possible, this should reflect the diversity of the GBSLEP area.
• oProvide a shortlist of recommended outstanding candidates, including short CVs
