Prior Information Notice North East Lincolnshire Council and North Lincolnshire Council have a shared service for all back-office functions and now seek to invest to: Completely integrate payroll and HR systems, activities, working practices and processes in so far as the employee terms and conditions of each council allow. Future-proof and enable the expansion of externally delivered HR and payroll services Provide a high degree of employee and manager autonomy for HR processing via a self-service facility. Ensure the council is able to meet all its statutory and national policy requirements in a controlled and timely manner. To this end we are now engaging with the market to establish how these objectives and outcomes might be achieved.
