description

SBS on behalf of NHS England is inviting bids for a supplier to undertake a safety culture evaluation of the Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme.

The assessment will be used as a starting point to explore local social processes and practices and to enable the capturing of stories of success. The study design will include: interviews, focus groups and a rapid review of key interventions.

The supplier will need to support the MatNeoSIP to undertake a considered analysis of culture with a group of high performing organisations, as identified from the first round of SCORE safety culture surveys. Better insights into high performing teams and organisations are required to build the evidence and establish the principles, structures, strategies and interventions that others can adapt and adopt.

  • The deadline for clarification questions is 28/01/21 at 12.00pm.

Responses to the clarification questions will be sent out, no later than 48 business hours after the deadline.
