description
West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) are seeking to appoint a contractor to demolish the existing building and, with a partial reuse of the existing material salvaged during demolition, to construct a new building on a larger footprint. The proposed building will create 11 self-contained apartments, in a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units, for the accommodation of homeless persons, families, young people leaving the care system and those with additional support needs.
