Design and Build of an All Weather Pitch at Vyners Secondary School

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to deliver a new All Weather Pitch and associated works to Vyners High School, UB10 8AB.

Subject to ratification by the Mayor of London and Secretary of State, planning permission (ref: 4514/APP/2017/1771) was recently approved by the Local Planning Authority for the expansion of Vyners School in Ickenham.

Ahead of the expansion works proposed to the buildings, a new all-weather pitch required to be built upon part of the school's playing field. The proposed pitch is to be approximately 105 x 63m with a sand-dressed surface and a permanent fence to 3 sides and retractable netting to the remaining side (102m).

In addition in to new AWP, 2 No. new cricket strips are also required as per the drawings included. There are also some associated drainage and external works to be carried out including steps, pathways and planting.
