This contract delivers a framework for hiring managers across DHSC to procure contingent labour quickly and easily within an agreed framework. Contingent labour is non-Civil Service temporary labour - contractors, agency workers and temps - that there is a need to use as per business need and to ensure continued delivery of key priorities across the department.
