Multi-storey Carpark

Cut out defective areas, repair and prepare existing surface to receive new water proofing surface coating on deck 5 & 6 of car park.

The application of a water based quick drying surface applications Approx. 5000m2

a minimum 10 year guarantee.

Remark parking bays on completion of resurfacing.

Prepare and fit new high viz nosings to north and south staircase steps and intermediate car deck steps to all floors.

The Car Park will be operational throughout the works and it should be noted will be busy during the run up to Christmas. Therefore the works will need to be phased.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
