ESCC ME Approved List For The Provision of Supported Living Services For Working Age Adults

East Sussex County Council's Adult Social Care Department (the "Council") is seeking to establish a list of pre-approved providers for the provision of Supported Living Services for Working Age Adults and offer a consistent approach in the commissioning and provision of accommodation-based care and support AND housing support for Working Age Adults. It specifies services to be provided to Working Age Adults who are eligible for Adult Social Care who are living in a supported living service for client-specific requirements for the provision of accommodation based care and support and housing support for:

People with learning disabilities

People with mental health support needs;

People with physical disabilities, sensory impairment and long-term conditions.

The Council wishes to work in partnership with Service Providers in delivering a high quality of support to its clients and hopes to maximise the use of available resources by establishing longer-term, more integrated relationships through a contractual framework which is flexible enough to reflect changing needs, priorities and lessons learnt, and which encourages client participation.
