Warwickshire Police are seeking to engage with organisations who can provide and Out of Court Disposal (OoCD) referral service. These will be providers with a regional presence with access to a range of diverse educational, diversionary and interventions for offenders of crime who would otherwise be heading to the court via a prosecution route.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) exercise purely for the purpose of information gathering in order to inform the procurement strategy going forward.
