Worcestershire Children First (WCF) are seeking applications from individuals whose passion, vision and commitment to safeguarding some of the most vulnerable members of society matches, and challenges that of our own.
This role requires an outstanding individual with proven experience of managing complex issues and meetings at a senior level, particularly in partnership settings, and who has a significant operational and strategic understanding of the safeguarding agenda. The successful candidate will need to evidence they can:
- oConsistently provide strong leadership, strategic vision;
- oDemonstrate excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
- oDemonstrate experience in building working relationships and networks with partner agencies, maintaining productive partnerships;
- oAnalyse complex information and provide robust scrutiny and challenge.
- oHave detailed understanding of relevant regulations
- oHave the ability to ensure all partner agencies collaborate effectively to safeguard children, promote their welfare and improve outcomes
Note: This is a tender opportunity. The successful person will contract directly with WCF and will provide the services detailed in the duties and specification documents and will contract under the WCF terms and conditions.
The fees paid for this role will be on a day rate basis. The contract term is for three years with two one-year extension option and the annual value is estimated at up to ?43,200 based on 6 days each calendar month.
