The FCA is looking for a supplier to conduct a quantitative research study of consumers who have recently used or applied to use rent-to-own (RTO) services.
The purpose of this research is to explore consumers' use, experience and understanding of these products and compare outcomes for consumers who have been accepted or declined for RTO services.
