Multi-lot contract aimed at meeting the support needs of young people leaving care and vulnerable young people facing homelessness. The

accommodation pathway is designed to provide move-on from care or home setting into a Pathway offering assessment, mediation, guidance, training and support leading to independent living.

The step-down accommodation units comprise of shared houses and self-contained flats where support workers are allocated to each young person throughout their stay.

The framework consists of 5 Lots providing each stage of accommodation service meeting the needs of our young people.

Lot 1 – Assessment, Support and Mediation Service (16-25)

Lot 2 – Supported Housing Including Teenage Parents and Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC)

Lot 3 – Supported Housing Step-Down Accommodation (18-25)

Lot 4 – Supported Housing Transitions (Move-on Preparation) (18-25)

Lot 5 – Independent Accommodation Floating Support
