GB-Harlow, Essex: FIRE0583 Harlow Bay Floor Refurbishment

NOTE: This notice was updated on 27 October 2022 for the following reason: Deadline for Expression of Interest extended by two (2) weeks due to Covid-related resourcing pressures(Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority ("the Authority") is conducting this procurement for the purpose of commissioning Bay Floor Refurbishment works at Harlow Central Fire Station (located at Fourth Avenue, Harlow CM20 1DU).

The refurbishment works are necessary to enhance the slip resistance of the appliance bay floor and include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Break out existing floor finishes and screeds;
• Install new damp proof membrane;
• Lay new micro concrete screeds; and
• Lay new resin screeds.

The anticipated Contract Commencement Date is 9th January 2023 with a total estimated contract period of ten (10) weeks.
