Universal Preventative Support is designed to reduce the number of relationship breakdowns with support provided at certain key transition points in the lives of couples such as moving in together, getting married and becoming first-time parents. The payment model has been renegotiated to include a more robust and detailed payment model, and greater volumes than the original contract.
