Reestablishment of the roof membrane on the balcony on the eastern side of Building 40. The office below is now unusable due to mould and damp because of water intrusion. A large section of the office floor cannot be used as office space or any other working space as it is dangerous to human health.
Outdoor work
- Temporary cover of balcony
- Installation of temporary drainage from the mansard
- Replacement of broken bricks along cornices
- Plaster on bricks along cornices and other repairs
- Disassembly of roof membrane
- New two-layer roof membrane including drainage, flashing etc. -
Indoor work -
- Dismantling and reinstallation of ventilation unit, radiators, electrics etc.
- Separation of room, setting up negative pressure, air purifiers etc.
- Removal and reestablishment of wall plaster on exterior walls m
- Removing ceilings of wooden boards and replacing with plaster ceiling
- Removal of mould from construction surfaces
- Dehumidification of exterior walls pcs
- Insulation of ceilings with calsiumsilicate boards
- Suspended ceiling
- Lighting fixtures
- Installation of new carpet incl. Panels
- Security checks, workplace preparation, welfare measures etc.
