description

Staffordshire County Council is looking for a quotation for the following purpose

Demand: To identify and agree on the main Staffordshire-wide occupations and skills requirements within our priority growth sectors which are scalable, including existing unmet need and future skills need.

Supply: To review current skills supply in those priority areas of need and determine how provision aligns across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire identifying:

Gaps in learning provision, capital and physical resource (i.e. increase existing provision (oversubscribed courses))
Development of existing provision to meet employer needs (Knowledge, Skill and Behaviour needs)
Need for new provision
Issues with learner engagement, interest and participation (i.e. undersubscribed courses - further marketing/LMI/careers to attract learners to areas of demand)
Workforce diversity challenges and opportunities for reskilling and training cohorts of workers looking to change careers.

SCC will send out for quotes from relevant local suppliers.
