The Surveying and Servicing of existing Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) & Mechanical Ventilation Heating Recovery (MVHR) provisions, including the production of an Asset Report that captures asset details, condition and recommendations.
This is for a one off piece of work to establish Asset condition and carry out servicing in line with manufacturers recommendations
