CO0277 Talent Pool Technology (TPT)

Essex County Councils (ECC) existing talent pool technology agreement is expiring in April 2023, we are looking to procure a new service which embraces the everchanging technology available to us whilst allowing us to align to our internal Resourcing Strategy and future plans.

We are looking to create a bank of candidates who would be interested in working for ECC and other external partner organisations. We would be looking to actively engage with this talent pool community in order to attract candidates for all opportunities, across multiple roles at all levels of the organisations. We are looking to create a 'database' of individuals who can receive alerts to our roles and easily apply for jobs via an accessible link. Currently a wider recruitment tool is out of scope for this requirement.

The talent pool will need to allow us to easily search and group candidates on specific skill sets, qualifications, and other key criteria. This will then be used to contact these candidates regarding specific jobs.

You will need to express interest in the requirement to access the documentation. The expression of interest window will close 1hr before the tender submission deadline (11am on 11th January).
