Culture Change Consultancy

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking to appoint a specialist in culture change to help us build upon the work we have already started on changing working practices caused by Covid-19 and to help us to identify future workforce culture to support the delivery of new, different or improved services.

Sustaining and improving performance is delivered through our people. We want to ensure that the organisational culture has the capacity to deliver high performing services through effective Leadership & Management and to embrace innovation/creativity as well as new ways of working. We want to create a culture where people can do their personal best through a range of interventions such as coaching, mentoring and training programmes.

Key Dates & Timeline for Procurement

Tender release: Friday 25th June 2021

Deadline for Expression of Interest: 12:00pm Friday 16th July 2021 Deadline for submission of completed tenders: 12:00pm Friday 23rd July 2021

Evaluation: w/c 26th July 2021

Appointment of contractor (subject to internal approvals): by 31st August 2021
