Funding Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) after 2021 and further evaluation of Partnership Funding

The Authority is looking for suppliers for the provision of Funding Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management (FCERM) after 2021 and further evaluation of Partnership Funding.

This is a collaborative procurement that will be funded by the Defra, Environment Agency and Welsh Joint FCERM R&D Programme.

The overall objective of the project is:

• To conduct further evaluation of Partnership Funding (PF) to provide the evidence base to confirm or refine funding policy for the post-2021 period.

The project is primarily concerned with assembling quantitative data on FCERM programme performance under Partnership Funding, though there is also a more qualitative element.

Both will require careful data gathering and targeted discussions with key players.
