The Council seeks to engage a service to undertake a fundamental redesign of business processes relating to the programme management of its Housing Revenue Account (HRA) major works programme, supporting the council to put in place a credible capital programme for 2020/21 and to initiate business process improvements to be implemented from April 2021.
