Interim Block Contracts for Nursing Home Care Beds

The Council requires a block contract for interim beds in nursing homes that can be used to provide short term placements to facilitate hospital discharge (acute and community). The interim beds are for people who are medically fit to be discharged and who require a permanent care home placement.

Oxfordshire County Council wishes to procure 18 interim beds for a 40 week period starting from 30th May 2016. The Council acknowledges that there may need to be phasing in of the interim beds but that should occur over a short period of time.

The Closing date for tenders will be midday on 20st May 2016. All tenders must be submitted via the e-tender portal. There is no facility for submission by any other method
