HCC July 15 Provision of a Learning Management System and eLearning Catalogue

Hertfordshire County Council (Council) are currently out to procurement for the provision of a Learning Management System and eLearning Catalogue.

The procurement is split into two separate Lots:

Lot 1 – Provision of a Learning Management System Lot 2 – Provision of an e-Learning Catalogue

The Council is procuring the Services for Service Users from the Participating Bodies listed below and provided at Appendix A of the Specification within the Invitation to Tender documents and includes any future successors to these organisations:

It is however anticipated that the Council may also require to procure these Services for other Partner Organisations, for example subcontracted service providers, carers etc as defined in Appendix A of the Specification within the Invitation to Tender documents. Flexibility may be required in delivering this solution to other bodies or individuals under the Contract to take account of specific legislative or regulatory requirements of the Council’s business. However, volumes of Service Users, Partner Organisations and Participating Bodies cannot be guaranteed.
