Family Group Conference and Community Group Conference Services - Request for Information

Portsmouth City Council is seeking to commission both a Family Group Conference service and a Community Conference service under a single contract.

The purpose of this market engagement is to share a draft proposal of the service requirements and specification and to ask for your input to comment on and provide feedback on the requirements. Any information a provider shares could be used to assist drafting the final specification.

The relevant questions in relation to these services can be located within the RFI document, and the deadline for receipt of responses is 5pm on Monday 29th July 2024. Responses should be returned using the correspondence function on Intend.

Engaging providers will not receive preferential treatment in any subsequent tender and all communications before, during and after the pre-procurement engagement will be accurately recorded in writing and made available on request.

Providers should note that there is no obligation to take part in this exercise and that if they do not take part, it will not preclude them from any subsequent related procurement process.

Please be advised that this is purely a market consultation and is in no way an indication of the selection of your organisation or a guarantee of future work.

Following this consultation process, the Council will consider the appropriate route for this service.
