MHRA Small Works Framework

MHRA requires a Framework Agreement with a duration of three (3) years with one (1) optional extension of twelve (12) months.

The Framework Agreement value does not represent a commitment to spend £4,000,000.

The framework is arranged over 4 Lots of varying disciplines:

Lot 1 - External Works - £1,000,000

Lot 2 - Internal Works - £1,000,000

Lot 3 - Mechanical Works - £1,000,000

Lot 4 - Electrical Works - £1,000,000

Each project will not exceed the value of £100,000.

This Invitation to Tender is being run via the Health Family 'Atamis' e-tendering portal. https://atamis-1928.my.site.com/s/Welcome

This Portal will be used to manage all procurements and communication with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and no hard copy tender responses will be received by MHRA. All communications with MHRA including the submission of tender responses will be conducted via Atamis
