description
BFI is seeking a supplier or individual to add a layer of granularity to the job creation figures for film and high-end television produced in 2015. Additionally, following this methodology, we would like the supplier to produce a set of job creation figures for the visual effects sector. Then, based on these figures, we would like the successful supplier to develop and test three formulae for full-time equivalent jobs – one each for the film, high-end television and visual effects industries. These formulae should provide a credible and robust, yet simple, way for screen sector organisations to understand and report the number of FTE jobs created per £1 million spent when broken down by type of production, genre and/or budget level.
