To remodel the internal spaces of The Moorland Centre to create better use of office space to accommodate some reorganisation of the building users and will comprise:
- i)creating new openings through existing masonry walls
- ii)constructions of new partitions and doors to achieve new layout
- iii)blocking up of existing openings
- iv)alterations to below and above ground drainage systems and installation of new sanitary ware
- v)alterations to electrical, mechanical, heating, hot and cold water installations to suit new layout
- vi)installation of fixtures and fittings
- vii)new floor finishes
- viii)decoration
