Architectural Estate Regeneration Services for HPBC and SMDC

High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint two (2) Suppliers with suitable expertise and experience to provide Architectural Estate Regeneration Services and other related activities across both Council areas under a framework agreement.

This commission relates to three separate estates in three towns of High Peak:

1. Gamesley in Glossop
2. Fairfield estate in Buxton
3. New Mills East in New Mills

Each area review will include the following:

Review and make proposals for the enhancement of building stock and built environment.

To have an awareness of the building/ rebuilding new homes identified in planning permissions and in the High Peak Local Plan.

Review and make proposals for the Social, economic and environmental regeneration of the estate.

The Contract will be for a period of 24 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
