The level of work is intended to replace the existing gas boilers, localised pipework and bring the plant room up to the appropriate current standards.
- oMechanical plant and all connecting pipework replacement, including insulation.
- oMechanical heat recovery and ventilation system for the community centre.
- oRadiator and controls upgrade including a full re-pipe plus new pipe insulation in the community centre.
- oHot water storage unit replacement in all dwellings.
- oRadiator and controls upgrade including a full re-pipe plus new insulation in all dwellings.
- oThe existing gas fired water heater to be replaced with a heat interface unit.
