description
Ofgem is embarking on a transformation programme to change and improve how we operate as an organisation. An important part of this is how the executive leadership team (ExCo) operates, including working together effectively as a team and 'walking the walk' on the behaviours we want to embed across the organisation as a whole. The ExCo, including our CEO, will be made up of 11 individuals.
The outcome is for Ofgem to have highly developed leadership and management knowledge and capability, and an executive leadership team who are able to work together as a high performing team to deliver Ofgem's strategic goals.
