Provision of Graduation Photography Services - AWARD

The Contract is required to provide Formal Photography (including VIP Photography and Additional Health Requirement Photography), Ceremony Stills Photography, Group Photography, and Framing Services for the University's graduates from the ceremonies held in July and December of each year.

The University awards graduate and post graduate qualifications to its students, together with honorary awards as decided by the University.

The University has two graduation events per year;

• oSummer graduation takes place in July and currently comprises 39 ceremonies for approximately 4,000 graduands at two venues on its Highfield site over seven days. It is expected that future events will comprise 53 ceremonies by July 2018.

• oWinter graduation takes place in December and currently comprises 10 ceremonies for approximately 1,000 graduands at one venue on its Highfield site over two days. This may extend to 12 ceremonies over three days in the future.
