The Supplier shall provide the following services to the customer, particularly focussed on:
- Whether a B-MeX type incentive could - in principle - effectivelyincentivise wholesalers to improve their services in a way that improvesthe end customer experience, given that business retailers areresponsible for providing the main customer interface; and
- Identification and assessment of key policy issues that need to beconsidered in the detailed design of a B-MeX type incentive.
