The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (hereinafter referred to as UWTSD, or the University) wish to appoint a Design and Build Principal Contractor for the refurbishment / fitout of approx. 8000sqft of space in London / London boroughs.
The successful contractor will assume full design liability against the employer's requirements and must be able to provide all relevant management and delivery of associated disciplines
The appointed Supplier will be required to work in a collaborative manner to identify approaches that meet the University's needs, and achieve cost savings over the life of the Contract Term.
