PQ0303 - Roof repair at Warwick House Children's Home

The Trust wishes to establish a Contract for the repair of a roof at Warwick House Children's Home, Warwick Road, Birmingham, B27 6QG. The upgrade of insulation and installation of a new felt covering and rooflights to the single storey part of the property.

The Contract will be for a duration of the works (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).

The contract will be awarded to a single supplier.
