This Preliminary Market Consultation on behalf of North East :Lincolnshire Council ahead of a procurement exercise to ascertain capabilities of companies interested in this project for a design and build of a single storey car park in the Cleethorpes area.
The key objectives of the Grant Street Car Park scheme are as follows:
- Alleviate parking problems in Cleethorpes
- Reduce congestion
- Increase parking revenue
- Improve public realm that connects Grant Street with the Promenade
- Promote electric vehicles with EV charging infrastructure
