The Royal Borough of Kingston (as lead authority) is one of three Greater London authorities to secure £1m in trailblazer funding to support innovative solutions to homelessness. As part of the trailblazer, three different delivery models are being tested, across the boroughs. We are looking for someone to delivery an independent evaluation that will be used to shape future service delivery in Kingston, Sutton and Merton Councils. It will also provide the basis for potential future funding bids and the realignment of available funding.
