Project Support Officer

The candidate will act as PMO and project support officer, managing all the control and functions on behalf of the Programme Manager and Programme Director. The main responsibility of the role is to run the project management office in the form of the management of risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, including change control, planning, maintaining reports, as well as minuting key meetings and recording, managing and chasing up of actions and decisions to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will be able to rapidly grasp the complexities of the project, understand key issues and be able to work autonomously as well as forming great relationships with the team, to enable them to feel supported. The candidate will work closely with the programme Planner.
