The supply of hired Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware (CCG) to Manchester Central Convention Centre Complex

Expressions of interest are invited for the following tender.

Manchester Central are looking to go to tender for the hire of Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware (CCG) for a diverse range of events from intimate corporate functions to large scale banquets.

The hire of CCG is required to top up Manchester Centrals own existing stock. Due to the nature of the events industry, there is no average quantity of stock required as it is dependent on the number of events in the venue at any one time and what catering requirement are needed.

Please find attached a list of required CCG from an event to view as an example order.

Stock levels however can reach a maximum of 1500 covers of each CCG requirement.

Whilst this is not a regular order, and only necessary during extremely busy periods a couple of times a year, the supplier would be expected to be able to cater to these larger quantities to cover potential demand.

The successful supplier would be contracted for one year with a potential contract value of £15,000-20,000, this can fluctuate dependent on Manchester Centrals requirements.
