Installation of Door Entry/Access Controls and Communal Lighting Systems

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to install/upgrade the Door Entry/Access Control and/or the Communal Lighting Systems at the following schemes:

1. (127 - 157) Cranford Drive, Hayes, UB3 4LG. This is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats;

2. (1 - 16) Moston Close, Hayes UB3 4LP. Moston Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats;

3. (9 - 24) Hoskins Close, Hayes UB3 4LJ. Hoskins Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats;

4. (2 - 32) St Dunstans Close, Hayes, UB3 4LJ. Dunstans Close is a general needs block consisting of 6 maisonette houses and 10 flats;

The works include, but not limited to the design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional audio/video door entry system and/or communal lighting system to the blocks, the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Council's Representative in charge of the blocks.

All systems installed must be open protocol
