Building Leadership For Inclusion Initiative (BLFII) Evaluation - Phase Two

The Building Leadership for Inclusion Initiative programme aims to develop Board level leaders to build inclusive leadership capabilities (use of self as an instrument of change); whilst also increasing the collective capability of the Board to positively lead the organisation/system to improve outcomes and productivity through EDI. It has been designed for board members and senior leaders of NHS organisations.

NHSE wishes to commission an evaluation to measure the impact of BLFII programme on phase 2 sites so that recommendations for future improvements of the programme may be identified and implemented.
