CBC-0986-FC-30-DB HRN1 Linmere - Urban Design Advice - AWARD

Tender for the provision of urban design guidance in relation to the ongoing strategic development of Houghton Regis North Site 1 (Linmere). The overall development site provides for up to 5800 homes alongside associated infrastructure, community and employment uses. This will be a fixed term contract of 18 months.

Return of Tender - Completed Tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via our "In-Tend" electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tender must be submitted via the In-Tend system by no later than 12:00 on Friday 25th November 2022. Tenders received after that time will be excluded
