The Ministry of Defence Ship Acquisition is responsible for the build and delivery of the new Aircraft Carriers HMS Queen Elizabeth and HMS Prince of Wales. Within the scope of this work there is a requirement to survey the ships’ Workshop Equipment and to ensure it is fully operational.
The purpose of this tendering exercise is to award a 6-month contract for the surveying, commissioning, servicing, and supply of associated spare parts for the Workshop Equipment for Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers. The equipment consists of Lathes, Pillar Drills and Floor-mounted Machinery. Hand tools are not within scope of this requirement.
Additional information: This tender exercise will be conducted via the Crown Commercial Service e-sourcing suite.
