The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking to appoint consultant to undertake to work within the Planning Specialists Team working with the Assistant Conservation and Urban Design Officer to provide design and conservation input for pre-application enquiries, planning applications, planning policy, enforcement and general advice on heritage matters to Members, planning officers, applicants, residents and owners of historic buildings.
